Alicia Dauber has 20 years of experience working in the gift, collectibles and licensing industry. She has held positions in National Sales Management, Overseas and Domestic Product Development and as Licensing Director with Jody Bergsma Galleries for 18 years.

“By far the most interesting part of the industry to me is the licensing,” says Dauber. I love working with the artists to position their work in front of new companies and in many cases to begin the development of new collection ideas for manufacturers. I equally enjoy the negotiating of contracts and the follow through on details that can make the artists collections come to life. It is the collaborative process and the team-work that makes this industry so much fun.”
